We accept US funds in the form of USA bank personal check, Visa & MC, money order or bank draft. For non-credit card foreign orders, please send an international postal money order.
All on-line orders required a Visa & MC credit card. Our orders are handled by a secure server with strong data encryption.

Shipping Rates
We strive to make our shipping charges reasonable and fair. There have been recent rate increases for the United States Postal Service and for UPS. The following are our GROUND SHIPPING rates for orders shipped to U.S. postal addresses only.
NOTE: For all other NON-U.S. destinations, please e-mail or telephone and we will quote the shipping charge to your address.

Returns
For eleven years, we have worked with our customers to make sure they receive the right products. If your order does not meet your expectations or needs to be exchanged, please contact us via email or telephone (603 868-1196) and we can arrange a return.
Yarns
Experience has proven that the best way to judge colors is from our yarn cards. We also offer on-line color cards, but monitors can vary so drastically, that we strongly recommend purchase of a yarn card before making your yarn order.
